LEDs are functional and safer than fluorescent or halogen, and are dominating the market in new building construction. LED lights last longer, saving you the trouble (and cost) of replacing them on a regular basis. They are also energy-efficient, decreasing the amount you pay for your energy bill each month!
Not only does good lighting look better, but it offers a simple return on your investment by creating a desirable space that people are willing to pay for.
